This July we’re providing an online conference including a retreat session to refresh our leaders in their walk with God.
Leaders will also enjoy fellowship, worship, get to hear encouraging news and much, much more.
The day will be split into two sessions:
- 10:00 to 12:00 – Summer Council meeting including appointments, finance review of 2020 accounts, GB Manager database update, COVID-19 guidance update, recruitment pack, and worship
- 13:15 to 15:45 – Retreat session – Waiting in Expectation – including Psalms & Stretches, prayer walk, time to hear from God, and worship to close.
All GB leaders are welcome to attend the conference, with the option to attend either the Council meeting, retreat or both sessions.
The afternoon retreat will cost £10. It’s free to attend the morning session but you still need to book a place.
The Psalms & Stretches session, led by Helen Fletcher, GB’s former finance manager, will be a gentle exercise routine and can be chair-based. You’ll need to wear comfy clothes and might like to have a water bottle and an obstacle-free space.
