We’ve recently updated our forms to make them simpler and easier to complete.
Please always download the latest version of any form directly from our website when you need it, rather than using a copy you’ve previously saved or downloaded. These can be accessed via our Resources hub.
Our forms will continue to evolve as guidance, training requirements, insurance and policies change, so checking back each time helps make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version.
Volunteer Registration Form
The Volunteer Registration Form can now be completed by all volunteers, including helpers, to register them on GB Manager.
Please complete the form as soon as a DBS and references are in place. Once registered, volunteers can complete their Life to the Full training.
We’ll then email the volunteer to let them know what leadership training they need based on their role and highlight any available training dates.
Training Registration Form
The new Training Registration Form is now only used to register:
- Residential Training
- n 18+
- Team Leader Training
- n 14–18
Once training has been registered, we’ll send the trainer the relevant, up-to-date training slides.
There is also no longer a Training Attendance Form for trainers to complete after training.
For Residential Training, the trainer should email us a list of attendees.
For n 14–18, no further information needs to be sent to the GB Support Centre. The trainer or team leader should monitor attendance, practical tasks and the awarding of badges.
For n 18+ and Team Leader Training, each individual’s training should be recorded on the Qualification Registration Form and sent to us.
